Hybrid Event Production

76% of Event Planners Report
Growing Hybrid Demand.

The hybrid event market is the fastest-growing segment in corporate events, projected to reach $6.55B by 2033. Michigan's distributed corporate community drives local demand: an automotive company whose dealers are across North America, a healthcare system whose staff spans 21 campuses, a manufacturer whose key customers are in three countries.

Videoburst handles both rooms simultaneously. The in-person audience gets multicamera production with lighting, staging, and live switching. The remote audience gets a branded stream with lower thirds, audience engagement tools, and the same production quality as the room. No second-tier experience for remote viewers.

The Content Multiplier

One Event.
12 Months of Content.

Most companies film their events and upload the raw recording to an internal server. Videoburst plans every event shoot to generate a full content library from a single production day.

We apply the same editorial judgment that David Mayer used as a journalist: identify the most important moments, structure them into a narrative, and deliver assets that work across every channel your marketing team uses for the next year.

FAQ

Event Video Questions

Common questions from Michigan event planners and corporate communications teams.

Planning an event? Call us first.

(248) 935-0110
How much does live event video production cost in Michigan?+
Live event video production at Videoburst starts at $500. Single-camera conference session recording typically runs $500 to $1,500. Multi-camera corporate events with edited highlight reel fall between $2,000 and $6,000. Full hybrid event production with live streaming, branded overlays, and same-day social content is quoted by scope. Call (248) 935-0110 with your event details for a specific quote.
Can you live stream and record our event simultaneously?+
Yes. Simultaneous live streaming and recording is standard for every hybrid event we produce. We stream to YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Facebook Live, or your proprietary platform while recording broadcast-quality footage for post-event editing. Multiple stream destinations can be managed simultaneously from a single production setup.
What is your backup plan if streaming equipment or internet fails?+
We use bonded cellular connections as a backup to venue WiFi and wired internet. A bonded cellular device combines multiple carrier signals into a single reliable stream, maintaining broadcast quality even if the venue's internet drops entirely. We carry redundant hardware for critical switching equipment and have a tested failover protocol for every event. We plan for failure before we walk in the door.
How many cameras do you use for a corporate event?+
It depends on your event and what you need the footage for. Single-camera setups cover simple conference sessions. Two cameras allow wide and closeup coverage. Three or more enable full broadcast-quality multicamera production for keynotes, panels, award ceremonies, and product launches. Most Michigan corporate events we cover use two to four cameras. We recommend camera count based on your event type and post-production goals.
Can you create same-day highlight videos at a multi-day conference?+
Yes. Same-day highlight reels and social media cutdowns are a direct application of David Mayer's journalism background. News production requires identifying the most important moments under deadline and editing them immediately. We apply the same workflow to your conference coverage, delivering branded social content during the event itself so your audience stays engaged across every day of the program.
How far in advance should we book event coverage?+
For major Michigan events like NAIAS, Automate, or SAE WCX, booking 8 to 12 weeks in advance is strongly recommended. For standard corporate events at Huntington Place, Vibe Credit Union Showplace, or corporate campuses, 4 to 6 weeks is typically sufficient. For single-camera conference recording, 2 to 3 weeks may be possible depending on schedule availability. Call (248) 935-0110 as early as your event is confirmed.
