What the Client Asked For
Central Michigan University asked us to produce a video tribute to Judge Fred M. Mester to celebrate 25 years on the bench as well as extraordinary service to the community. Since Dick Purtan was a friend of the judge, he was a natural choice to deliver a video testimonial. Fortunately, the thing about Dick Purtan is that you always get more than you bargain for.
Why Video Burst?
We knew we wanted to film this video tribute in Dick’s natural habitat, and the folks at WOMC were happy to lend us a studio for the shoot. CMU knew that we would keep it short, sweet and to the point, editing when necessary, but leaving the essence of what Dick had to say. Since we knew this tribute video would have to work on a large screen at a celebration in a large hall as well as the much smaller web formats, the lighting, sound and message all had to be perfect.

It can be enjoyed by many people, many times and is ready to go when you need it. Whether personal or professional, a well crafted tribute can move an audience and educate them all at the same time.
